Delete your Kairos Voice account

You can request deletion in the Kairos Voice app or by email, even if you can no longer sign in.

Delete in the app

1. Open Kairos Voice and sign in.
2. Open Settings and select Delete Account.
3. Read the confirmation and select Confirm.

This action cannot be undone. The app confirms when the deletion request succeeds.

Request deletion without the app

Email info@kair-os.com with the subject “Kairos Voice account deletion” and identify the email address used for your account. We may verify that you own the account before acting on the request. Do not email a password or a recording.

What is deleted or retained

When an in-app request succeeds, Kairos removes direct account identifiers from its active app account and deletes notes, imported meeting context, wearable activity evidence, and wearable connection credentials. Recordings, transcripts, activity sessions, and derived speech measurements may be retained under a replacement anonymous account identifier. We do not use raw recordings for research or model training. Properly de-identified or aggregated information may also be retained for permitted research and service improvement. Specific records and backups may be kept where law requires or permits, and removed within applicable legal requirements. There is no fixed retention period for de-identified information in our Privacy Policy.

You may also email info@kair-os.com to request deletion of personal information without deleting your account, where applicable.
