TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KAIROS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA, HEALTH OUTCOMES, OR RELIANCE ON INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE.

KAIROS'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.
